Say Hotel - Athens

My stay in Athens was wonderful! The rooftop bar offered fine views, and the breakfast room's winter garden was a good spot to enjoy fresh orange juice. The service was a bit slow during peak times but still friendly.

The hotel's location was amazing, near to shops, Kifisia, and centre. Moreover, it was at a medium distance from Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck. The room we had included a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. It was wonderful, had an exceptionally comfortable bed: D

overall the place is fairly clean and amazing, it met the purpose. the employees are extremely polite and supper friendly. do recommend to anyone.

I encountered several issues . The air conditioning in the room was inadequate, leaving us feeling uncomfortably warm throughout the night. The breakfast service was alarmingly slow. It took 20 minutes just to get an omelette, which became a frustrating start to my day. The experience fell short of my expectations, despite my previous visits being enjoyable.

Exceptionally clean room with private bathroom and a mini-bar, climate control, and an individual safe. Perfect facilities. Very professional staff, amazing location in the middle of jackson. Really close to Kifisia and Athens and centre.

great location but service needs improvement

The front desk staff were friendly and genuinely eager to help. I loved the location right across from the beautiful park, made for lovely evening strolls. The rooftop restaurant offered fine views of the surrounding hills.

Service during meals took longer than expected, especially at breakfast when I had to wait for my order.

I had such a great time , as the hotel is just a few steps from fine Andreas Papandreou Park, made my evening strolls good, and it's also conveniently close to the charming Drossinis Museum, allowing me to immerse myself in local culture without walking too far.

Breakfast had its high points with fresh items, but the selection was limited and could use more variety. Parking, while available, felt insecure in the open lot nearby, which could concern some travelers. Hot waffles at breakfast were a good treat.
